The Moon is powerful, and connecting with her rhythm guides us to find the inherent wisdom and truth within ourselves. Like the seasons, the moon every month brings new guidance, learnings and knowledge into our lives, if we make the white space to stop, be and listen.

I am bringing back these traditional moon rituals on the New Moon as they are so important for managing our energy and wellbeing.
