Deeply calming, rexlaxing, and healing
Amazingly rebalancing in a very natural, gentle yet powerful way. An oasis of calm and connection to recentre.

You're invited to this deeply restorative online sound bath experience designed to melt away stress, anxiety or overwhelm, and quieten your mind, so you leave feeling more rested and lighter than when you arrived.
It's a powerful combination of gentle calming breathwork and a deeply restorative sound bath delivered via Zoom (with a recording available for 7 days).
What to expect
Welcome - we’ll begin with a warm welcome to help you settle in, followed by gentle breathwork and calming activities designed to relax your nervous system and ease you into rest.
Sound bath - you’ll then lie down to be soothed by the warm, grounding tones of Tibetan singing bowls, which are the heart of this experience. I play these intuitively yet in specific musical harmonies, chords, and rhythms known to evoke a deep sense of calm. Around these, I weave in the gentle tones of crystal bowls, percussion instruments, and soft whispers of a wind gong, and sometimes my voice. To hear more about my style, check out this Instagram reel. There's nothing you need to do during the sound bath other than lie down and let the sound vibrations weave their magic and activate your body's natural healing wisdom. It's the perfect nervous system reset.
Afterwards, I'll guide you slowly to a more grounded, awakened state so you're ready for the rest of the day.
There's no need to chat. Simply being present and listening is fine too.
What you’ll leave with

Disclaimer and safety note
Sound healing is not a cure for any specific conditions, symptoms, or illnesses. Rather, it’s a beautiful tool that works alongside, never instead of, proper medical care from qualified healthcare professionals. It promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps to restore balance and harmony within your body. Your enjoyment and well-being are my priority, and so, prior to booking, I ask you to complete a short questionnaire so I can ensure this event is suitable for you.

My mind went quiet, which it doesn’t usually do. Thank you!
I feel lighter, more relaxed, and rested (having come in very tired) — a lovely sound immersion and realignment, with space for the body to heal itself. The bowls and wind gong were amazing.
A guided, connecting sonic landscape with a lovely slow start with breathing and real depth to the Himalayan bowls. A very human, cosy feel.
This was my first sound bath, and I loved it. I didn't want it to end, as I was so relaxed.
A lovely, nourishing, relaxing, reflective, and thought-provoking experience.

You experience severe, chronic, or acute mental or emotional health challenges, including unresolved trauma, ongoing depression, suicidal thoughts or PTSD, as sound healing may evoke strong emotional reactions, and you may need additional therapeutic support.

You have any serious or life-threatening illnesses or conditions.
Anything that feels comfortable. As you’ll be lying down for around 45-50 minutes, you may want to wear layers.
You don't need to make yourself 'photo-ready'. You're welcome to turn up in whatever feels comfortable, even if you're in bed or wearing pyjamas.
You don't need to turn your camera on.
I suggest you lie down somewhere comfortable, e.g. on your bed, sofa, or a yoga mat.
You may also want to have cushions, blankets, bolsters, or an eye pillow for extra comfort. Plus, it's worth having a water bottle and anything that helps you feel cosy (e.g. warm socks).
You don't have to do anything other than connect via Zoom, lie down and enjoy the sound bath — with your eyes open or closed, whatever feels good to you.
That's good. It means you need to rest. The deep vibrations of Tibetan bowls will still do their magic with every cell in your body, even while you're asleep, so you wake up feeling more refreshed.
