Our Somatic Unwinding journey continues, this time we connect in the online space and in the connective field.

We start on Monday 7th July at 6.30pm AEST for 2 hours over 4 consecutive Mondays.

This particular course is for those who have had experience in Somatic Practices and feel the call to continue diving deeper.

This is for You if:

You struggle to stay grounded or present in your body

You feel out of alignment, stuck or disconnected from yourself

If there is still a deep holding pattern you have not been able to meet or reach that keeps tugging on you internally

You feel powerless in an external situation You are currently in

You are having trouble regulating your nervous system in an ongoing way

You feel a deep desire to create change in the world but feel overwhelmed or powerless in the face of what is happening globally

please note: This particular journey is not ideal if you are brand new to somatic unwinding. If you are called to approach your practice from a deeper more integrated perspective, I have part one of this course coming up in August. Please contact me if you would like to prebook a spot. part one leads into part two and is a prerequisite.
The 4 week flow:
Week one: Your Body is Your home, You are safe. We explore what it means to feel safe in your body again. Together, we begin the gentle work of leaning into resistance and befriending the parts of us that have been holding on.
Week Two: Dancing through the shadows. Honoring what is ready to be seen, felt, and moved through. Guided practices to support your freedom of authentic, embodied, creative expression.
Week Three: Soften the Space. Learning to see and feel with the inner somatic eye. Building the capacity to stay with and track sensation. Deepening trust in the body's innate Wisdom and following what is naturally trying to emerge.
Week Four: Answering the Body's Quiet Invitations. Unwinding with the inner callings that lead us home. A journey through your timeline to meet yourself in presence-here and now. A space for deep listening, integration and return.
