Online Sound Baths

🎶 Join us for these online sound baths and experience the relaxing effect of the soundscapes created by ancient healing instruments. The singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, tuning forks, monochord and chants have a profoundly soothing effect on the mind-body-emotions, leaving you feeling rested and rebalanced. You may be surprised to discover how effectively sound travels through the headset into the ears, the body and the nervous system, creating flow and resonance in our whole being.

45 minutes

💻 via Zoom. The dial-in link will be included in the ticket upon successful booking. Please wear a headset for best audio quality - this is very important.

$75 (includes 5 sessions)
Full payment is required by 18 October to secure your spot.

Note:
🔹 A minimum of 4 people is needed to go ahead with the sessions. If there are insuffcient participants by COB of 18 October, you will be refunded in full.
🔹 Tickets for individual sessions are not for sale.
🔹 If your plans change and you cannot attend these sessions after having purchased a ticket, kindly offer it to a friend or a family member.
🔹 Concessions are available for those who are experiencing financial challenges - just ask.

What do you need?
🔹 Use a headset - important!
🔹 A quiet room where you can either lie down or sit comfortably.
🔹 A good internet connection.
(Note: Depending on your internet connection, the sound can occasionally drop out. This is normal and should resume within seconds - so just relax 😎).
🔹 A glass of water.
🔹 Items for extra comfort (warm blanket, eye pillow, etc.)
🔹 An open mind and a willing heart.

What is sound healing?
Since ancient times and civilisations, sound has been used using a range of sound tools, including the human voice to induce deeply relaxing states, to alter our state of consciousness and to restore our mind-body’s natural balance. Each instrument has its own unique frequency, creating resonant and dissonant sounds that interact with the bio-energy field in our body. Not only do we listen through the ears, but the organs and the cells in the body also receive sound and vibration. The soundscapes help us to let go of things that no longer serve us and to simply surrender. People often describe the experience as a sonic massage or medicine.

These sound baths are offered to you by Nina Hakamies, sound healing practitioner, holistic health and wellbeing coach, yogi, mindfulness facilitator, and public & mental health professional.
