Do you want more calm, connection, joy and intention in your family life but find that in the busyness, big emotions and everyday pressure, you don't always show up as the parent you want to be?

The Sacred Family Journey is a practical, heart-centred journey for parents, grandparents and caregivers who want to grow themselves while creating a more connected family life.

This isn't about perfect parenting or adding more information to your already-full plate.

We'll do the work together. Then you'll take simple practices home and live them with your family. 🌿

🌱 AWARE: Values, triggers, patterns & the family you want to create

🌬️ REGULATE: Nervous-system regulation, breathwork, heart coherence & EFT

🌿 NOURISH: Physical wellbeing, nourishment, natural remedies & creating a healthier home

💗 FEEL: Emotions, triggers, inner-child work & breaking inherited patterns

🦋 REWIRE: Mindset, self-worth, confidence & limiting beliefs

💞 CONNECT: Conscious communication, boundaries, sibling relationships & repair

🕯️ RITUAL: Gratitude, presence, family traditions & everyday connection

🌈 PLAY: Creativity, movement, nature, laughter & joy

✨ THRIVE: Bring it all together to create your own Conscious Family Blueprint

Throughout our sessions we'll learn, reflect, journal, breathe, move, practise EFT, connect and actually experience the tools together rather than giving you lots of homework.

Then you might take home something as simple as:

💃 A five-minute family dance party

💞 A new way to respond during a difficult moment

This is a family inclusive space, I'm currently working to arrange a dedicated person to facilitate children's activities nearby so children can remain close while adults gather.

Babies and breastfeeding parents are warmly welcomed and the intention is to create an environment where children can reconnect with their parent whenever needed.

💜 Donation based. Suggested contribution: $22–$55 per session. Choose what feels appropriate for your circumstances.
