Carey uses a clear scaffold to support clients to take action using her knowledge of nutrition, the breath and as a physical education specialist. But she balances this with a lot of work around emotions. Processing, understanding, knowing where we hold them in the body somatically and bringing the sympathetic body in to balance with the parasympathetic.

Our ‘on the go’ persona in balance with our ‘let it all go’ persona. In fact this metaphor for balance is a focus for much of the work Carey does, meeting clients at the point at which they need help.
