    Event description

The kings birthday long weekend has a delicious new market.

In partnership with Canberra Wines and Le Cheeserie, The Vault opens its doors for a long weekend of intimate markets showcasing cheese, wine and their merry cultures.

Organised in 1.5 hour time slots, each ticket includes an Italian stemless wine glass, a cheese board and samples of local wines and international cheeses. Try everything and buy your favourite bottles of wine or 100gm portions of cheese to take home. Additional options inside the market include raclette, burrata blue cheese cones (like mini ice cream cones!), caviar and many delicious condiments.

Join us for a special evening with Sam Studd. of the @thestuddsiblings one of Australia's foremost cheese experts, for an intimate cheese masterclass on Saturday 8 of June at 7pm. This limited ticketed session will provide insights into how to taste like a professional, and tips to help pair the perfect drop with crowd favourite cheesy picks.

Come and enjoy one of the loveliest ways to spend a winter weekend - with oozy boozy goodness to warm the belly, and a big fireplace to warm your bones, only at The Vault.

The Vault: Building 8, 1 Dairy Road, Fyshwick ACT. Google Maps here. Dairy Road Map here.

    Dietary:

Oozy Boozy can definitely cater for coeliac’s. We will have gluten free biscuits available if needed and cheese is usually gluten free. The only cheese that is not fully coeliac on the night is the Papillion Roquefort on the French table – during the cheese making process they wash the curds with rye bread; the amount of rye still left would be minimal, and the risk is upon the individual to decide.

Children are welcome given they do not partake in cheese and wine tasting, at the discretion of parents or carers.
