Behind the Scenes Tour - Paraquad Industries
Event description
Join WMRC on a tour of Returnit and Paraquad Industries and discover what happens to your donated items. You'll get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the Containers for Change operation as well as the Opshop, Book Bazaar, Industrial Wiper Manufacture, and other commerical services run by Paraquad ✨💚🙌.
👞Wear: Fully enclosed footwear is required. High-vis vest, safety glasses, and earplugs will be provided for parts of the tour.
Tour format:
- Tour of Paraquad 10am - 10:45 am
- Tour of Return-it 10:45 am -11:15 am
- Morning Tea 11:15 am -11:30 am
- WMRC waste talk with Q&A session 11:30 am -12 noon
Terms & Conditions:
- This tour is not suitable for anyone under the age of 16 years old.
- We ask you to not take photos while on the tour.
- Member council tickets are available to residents from Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove & Subiaco. General admission tickets are available for Cambridge, Nedlands and residents from other councils.
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make this event, please let us know in advance.
If the ticket cost is a barrier to coming to this event please call on 9384 6711 and we are happy to assist. All ticket sales from this event will be donated to Paraquad.
