Open Air Arts & Crafts for Kids will combine the inspiration of nature, the health benefits of being outdoors and the joyous creativity of crafting, for a variety of ages and skill levels, all in a beautiful social setting.
WHAT
Join us for an 11 week creative experience, that will provide opportunities for developing motor skills, drawing inspiration and excitement from the natural world, giving space for creative expression and generally having masses of colorful fun. Each lesson will lean in to and learn about the natural surrounds, encouraging us to look to the natural world for inspiration and strengthening our observation powers.
Art activities will range from painting and drawing, working with
air-dry clay, weaving and textiles, mixed media, collage and
constructing cardboard creations. Each session will be based on a general theme to draw inspiration from.
