Open Beginner Pole

Ever wanted to try pole dancing but weren’t sure where to start? ✨ This is your chance! Our Open Beginner Pole Class is a fun, supportive intro to the world of pole: perfect for absolute beginners and those with a few classes under their belt. 💪💕 The class stays within the beginner realm, so its a great opportunity to revisit fundamentals if you're intermediate or advanced level!

✨ Session Overview
You'll start with a beginner-friendly warm-up, learn basic pole moves, and finish with a fun, simple routine. This class is open level, it is ideal for first-timers but includes extension options for those who've been before. Everyone is welcome, and everything is broken down step-by-step in a safe, encouraging environment.

👚 What to Wear
Comfortable clothing that makes you feel confident think bike shorts & a crop top, or even lingerie/a bikini if you're feeling bold! We recommend having the backs of your knees and elbows free from fabric :)

👜 What to Bring

• A water bottle

• Socks

• Optional: Pole heels if you have them

• Optional: Knee pads if you have any knee health concerns

• You must be 18 years or older - we will be checking IDs at the door if there are any concerns.
