Open Christchurch 2022: Laneways Tour
Event description
OPEN CHRISTCHURCH 2022: Laneways Tour
With: Jenney May
Hit the laneways of the SALT district with architectural historian Jenny May to explore a neighbourhood littered with heritage architecture, new developments, a mix of uses, squares and public space (both privately and publicly owned). Learn about the history and current direction of this evolving area, one that is best explored on foot. Fittingly, this tour also considers the changing nature, use and significance of laneways as part of our urban form.
