Event description

Open Dance is a space to come home to your body, to awaken your senses, and to move with what’s alive in you.
We begin with a gently guided embodiment practice to drop out of the mind and into the body through breath, awareness, and intuitive movement. This opening helps soften the edges of the day and invites you into a deeper state of presence.

From there, the space opens into freeform movement: an invitation to dance alone, with others, or with the space itself. There are no steps to follow, no right or wrong ways to move just a permission to feel, express, and respond to the moment. You are welcome to explore contact, connection, and spontaneous dance with others, or stay fully in your own solo journey. All choices are welcomed.

We close the space by gently coming back together in stillness, reflection, or shared breath grounding the experience and integrating what has moved through us.

Whether you are new to conscious movement or deeply familiar with dance as a practice, Open Dance offers a nourishing space to be fully you. Come as you are. Leave more connected.
