The Boxing Project x Southcare: Open Day!

The Boxing Project is hosting a FREE non-combat boxing session at Southcare, Manning for ALL AGES on Saturday 16th December at 9am. Come on down for a unique, fun-filled and active start to the holiday period.

Join us after the class for a free coffee (it's on us!) from Our Ruby Girl coffee van while we yarn about everything community, wellbeing, and fitness.

In 2024, Southcare and The Boxing Project will be running free weekly non-combat boxing and wellness classes for our community.

Pop on your gloves at this pop-up event and tell us what you want so we can design classes to get you confident and connected! All equipment is provided- all you need to bring is a positive attitude and desire you try your best!

The Boxing Project currently leads free weekly non-combat classes in the Subiaco area for young people, and we want to bring our classes South of the River.

Leveraging the evidenced-based links between physical achievements in sports and achievement in education and career, our program blends physical challenges with facilitated workshops and peer support. Mastering the challenging sport of boxing improves our participants leadership skills, self-esteem, confidence and resilience.

Whether you're a seasoned boxer or a newbie, this event is perfect for everyone. Come and join us for a fun-filled morning of boxing, fitness, and community spirit. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to be a part of The Boxing Project revolution South of the River!
