Open Day: Placeholder Residency 2027

Are you thinking about applying to be a 2027 Placeholder resident artist? Join us at the open day on Wednesday 16 September where you’ll have the chance to ask any questions about the application process, the four-month residency, and public outcomes.

The open day is also a great chance for you to visit the site and consider how you might like to activate or respond to Field Rooms through your creative practice.

The Field Rooms is located at 921 Bourke Street, Waterloo although entrance is on Young Street.

Please note that The Field Rooms is located within a fenced portion of a live construction site. Attendees must care for themselves and their dependants and closed-toed shoes are recommended.
