Discover one of the hidden gems of Sydney’s North Shore. Eryldene is the former home of Professor E.G.Waterhouse and his family. The house was built and it’s garden created early last century and there you will find one of Australia’s most important collections of camellias. Get involved with Eryldene

Eryldene Historic House and Garden receives NO on-going government funding - which means we rely entirely on the support of our community. The support and generosity of our Ticketholders, Members and Volunteers is vital during our ongoing recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic.

With your help, we will be able to conserve the house, sustain our camellia collection, maintain our events programme, and in doing so, safeguard Eryldene for future generations.

How can I help? Make a donation, become a member or apply to become a volunteer.

You can also sign up to our eNews to stay up-to-date with the latest news, offers and events.
