Open Garden Soiree

Only 8 years ago, this delightful, developing garden of native and cottage plantings was clear open farmland. Explore it and enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee and a bite to eat while you listen to local musicians, 4pm – 7pm. BYO Hamper or purchase sausage rolls/sandwiches. Alternatively, visit earlier in the day and enjoy cakes/slices, a BBQ and a drink.

Be inspired by the trees, shrubs, grasses, bulbs and perennials in a combination of open and smaller intimate spaces. The garden includes something for everyone, with natural areas where plantings are predominantly native and other areas which are more formal with paths, rock edges and cottage favourites. The lawns are made for stretching out and relaxing while the veggie gardens and orchard exemplify food production at home. Food available to purchase: Coffee, wine and water all day, Cakes and slices until 4pm, BBQ until 3pm, Sausages and sandwiches 4pm – 7pm.
