Sound Bath - Allow the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments to wash over you. This deeply relaxing experience offers a chance to release tension, quiet the mind, and attune to your body's natural healing rhythms alongside others on similar paths.

Reiki Cleansing - Experience the gentle power of energy healing in a supportive group setting. Whether you're new to Reiki or familiar with its benefits, this session offers an opportunity to feel into the subtle yet profound shifts that energy work can provide.
