Open House Hobart - Intermediate Group Ride

Ride the free OHH program with us | Intermediate riding skills required

We will ride at a social pace along the common commuter routes through Hobart and stop to enjoy the open home venues. We've chosen eight interesting stops, and we can be guided by the abilities of the riders on the day.

Here's our planned schedule of stops:

6. Duncan Meerding Studio, 45b Burnett St, NoHo
7. Designed Objects Tasmania, 27 Tasma St, NoHo
8. Milkman's Cottage, 49 Barrack St.

Who can join?

This Bicycle Network group riding tour for Open House Hobart is suitable for intermediate riders and those wanting to ride in a group, and build on their road-riding awareness, skills and confidence in a safe and encouraging environment. Under 18s may attend in the presence of a guardian.

What’s covered?

Led by our experienced instructors, this Bicycle Network group ride is tailored to the groups needs with a focus on navigating the Hobart area by bike, and developing confidence for commuter riding.

Approx. 10km group ride, stopping at free OHH sites
Some hills and riding on footpath, shared-path, common commuter roads and painted bike lanes.

Meeting Point:

Meet out the front of the Brooke Street Pier at 12 Franklin Wharf.
