Kick off the Abingdon Fiddler’s Convention in true Appalachian style with our Pre-Party Open Jam on the lawn and front porch of the historic Martha Washington Inn & Spa!

Bring your fiddle, banjo, guitar—or just your tapping toes—and get ready for a relaxed evening of great tunes, good company, and southern charm.

  • Open jam session on the lawn and front porch

  • A welcoming, come-and-go atmosphere

  • Plenty of tunes, harmonies, and spontaneous musical magic!

Food tickets must be purchased in advance.
(Note: No ticket is needed to attend the jam itself—just to eat!)
