Sync returns with its Winter seasonal immersion Open Mind - a workshop retreat for purpose-driven musicians to remove the noise and recentre their approach to creativity through mindset, wellness, neuroscience, and philosophy.

Winter is the stage of our process where we go inwards and build the foundations for new projects - ideating new concepts, writing new material, setting new intentions.

When we harness our inner landscape, we get on the path to creating a fruitful and fulfilling practice. Open Mind will guide you to flourish in your next cycle of creativity by moving past creative blocks, doubt, and distraction, so that you can achieve the fullest expression of your creative vision.

What to expect:

• Evolve with Authenticity with Sync: Principles for getting - and staying - in tune with yourself across your creative career.
• Mindfully Approach Imposter Syndrome with Amanda Billing: Shift from self-doubt to self-trust and confidently move ahead with new projects.
• Unleash Creativity Through Meditation with Kayla Gordine (Awhina Wellness): Soothe your nervous system and connect with the internal, creative nature of the mind.
• Tap Into Your Flow with Sync: Curate your time, energy, and environment for focused and fruitful play.
• Mindful Rider Kits: A curated selection of wellness products to support creative performance and wellbeing during the Winter season.

And of course, nourishing food and refreshments, plus connections with like-minded creatives to inspire and uplift.
