Hello Bodyweather devotees. 

You are invited to a special Bodyweather workshop this January in the capacious ballroom at Donkeywheel House.

For this workshop Gretel Taylor and other members of Environmental Performance Authority (EPA) will lead participants through a gentle warm-up, an MB (Mind/Body or Muscle/Bone) followed by some classic Bodyweather investigations.

Dress in comfortable gear to work out in.

Bring water bottle and snacks.

Covid Safety: Please bring a mask, proof of double vaccination and sign into the contact tracing QR code on the day.
