Opening Doors Breakfast 

Bringing property, DFV and Homelessness professionals together to support housing outcomes. 

The Priority Project and Homelessness teams at The Salvation Army and other service providers able to support tenants invite property managers and real estate professionals to join us for a morning of connection, learning, and practical discussion about housing, tenancy sustainment, and the important role property professionals play in creating housing opportunities within our community. 

This event will bring together property managers, real estate professionals and housing and services to explore how we can work together to support people experiencing DFV and housing insecurity while strengthening successful tenancy outcomes.

• Connect with fellow property managers and industry colleagues during a small and laid back breakfast 

• Learn more about homelessness and domestic and family violence (DFV) and how these issues can impact housing stability for individuals and families in our community. 

• Discover The Priority Project or celebrate the involvement you’ve already had, and learn how landlords and property managers can support the project by creating pathways to safe and sustainable housing. 

• Meet our homelessness services and gain a better understanding of referral options available for tenants who may be experiencing challenges that place their tenancy at risk. Learn about tenancy sustainment supports that can help vulnerable tenants maintain successful tenancies and reduce the likelihood of tenancy breakdown. 

• Enjoy Breakfast and coffee provided

Whether you're already involved in community-focused housing initiatives, ethical property management or simply interested in learning more about the support available for tenants and landlords, we'd love to have you join us.
