What if the love we seek "out there" actually first begins inside us?

What then is truly possible for our confidence & our experiences in love?

This half-day retreat is about becoming the love you wish to feel, first.

The deepest moments of love you’ve experienced always came from inside you and your body. External experiences can trigger it, but the permission & safety inside us to feel it comes from within...

♡ What is Opening to Love?

It is not a few randomly placed b2b classes with a meal thrown in.

This is a deeply nourishing & healing 4 hour experience thoughtfully designed to help you release stored stress, reconnect to your body and heart, heal past blocks, and nourish your nervous system. You will leave feeling supported, renewed, and ready to start embodying your fullest expression of love and confidence

This journey is created to leave you changed, with a deep sense of love and self-awareness. We often seek more love from life and others, yet true transformation begins when we look within and become the love we seek...

It includes:

Opening Circle, Connection and Powerful Journalling
Somatic Yin Yoga led by Meg
Deep Breathwork & Healing Journey

♡ Who is this experience for?

For the woman who:

Wakes up anxious or disconnected from herself
Feels disconnected from her heart and body
Carries past pain from relationships or experiences that hurt her
Struggles to love herself and trust her path
Craves deep feminine energy, self-love, and body nourishment

This is for the woman ready to fall in love with herself and life again <3

♡ Why Deep Breathwork?

It includes Deep Breathwork for a very specific reason.

Deep breathwork journeys allow for bottom up regulation: getting to the core of trauma, undigested emotion.

It's where deep healing can take place & really allow positive change to flow through your life.

The ripple effect is a more free, abundant, peaceful, open-hearted you.

That's the true magic of deep breathwork & your heart is yearning for this freedom!

Deep, connected breathing helps discharge stress energy stored in the body and bring the nervous system back into regulation.”
Bessel van der Kolk, MD, author of The Body Keeps the Score

“The breath is the fastest way to access and shift the state of the nervous system.”
Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Clinical Psychologist & Somatic Trauma Specialist

“Trauma is not what happens to you, but what happens inside you as a result. Breathwork helps complete the defensive responses that got stuck in the body.”
Peter Levine, Founder of Somatic Experiencing

♡ Previous Event Love

"Absolutely beautiful night. So good to get in touch with my inner kid and my internal trauma shit. You created a space to be vulnerable. Thank you. I will be back for more for sure!"

"I found yesterday such an incredible experience. You have such a talent for holding space and making it feel very authentic and safe"

"That was my first time trying breathwork and I was honestly previously a sceptic. That one session changed my life & it brought so many realisations about my relationship to light!"

♡ What to bring

We provide everything ~ just bring a water, journal, pen and extra layers to keep warm in case breathwork feels super cold

♡ My Why

7 years in fitness marketing ended when I qualified as a Breathwork, Meditation & Ice Bath Facilitator back in 2022.

I knew... THE WORLD NEEDED THIS!!

Fast forward, Australia to New Zealand to Mexico to now London!

I AM SO HONOURED to bring back the power of breath & my learnings to London where I grew up!

It has truly changed my life in profound ways ~

I went from living in high heart rate, stressed, never feeling good enough, people pleaser, afraid to express, drained, and burnt out from being in my masculine to free, highly intuitive, feminine, present, grounded, living radiantly.

While I was what I understood as happy at the time, with the power of the breath, I have come to understand what true happiness, freedom & authenticity means. And it’s bloody beautiful!

♡ Who can participate?

All those who identify with being a woman!

Consciously Connected (Mouth) Breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease or prior heart attack, high blood pressure, use of prescription blood thinners such as Coumadin, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma, osteoporosis, severe asthma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, history of significant trauma, and during pregnancy.

This means you will be assigned a different style of breath if you should choose to come - we are often able to meet your wishes, please just inform us before the session!

♡ Client Love & Testimonials

"First time ever doing a guided breathwork session and it was incredible. Camilla made me feel warm, welcome and supported. I learnt so many amazing things about breathwork and it’s power and potential, as well as so many great tips just about living a healthy and fulfilling life in general. Many of the things Camilla taught me during the session I still practice nearly everyday and have had a profound impact on my life."

"My experience with Camilla was truly beautiful. She held the safe and loving space to allow me to express and let go of suppressed heavy emotions. This made room for more light and love which was instantly felt during the session, and carried on into my day to day life. I felt amazing during and after the session. My mind was clear, my heart was open and I genuinely felt lighter. I would recommend Camilla to anyone and everyone. She is truly magical."

"This was my first time joining a guided breath work session and it was truly an incredible and eye-opening experience. Through rhythmic breathing and music, you are guided through a profound journey that connects your body with your mind. I have never felt such stillness before. And throughout the breath holds, a full range of emotions began to naturally release. Cam, this was nothing short of magical. Thank you for facilitating such a powerfully healing experience. I cannot recommend this enough (and honestly, this needs to be experienced first hand to truly appreciate the enormity of it all).-
