The event highlights their joint efforts in opera. Attendance is encouraged. This concert shows the strength of Australia's future opera talents.

The Sydney Opera Society (SOS) has been a vibrant hub for opera enthusiasts on the Lower North Shore for nearly 40 years. We gather monthly, typically on the first Saturday at 2 PM, in the accessible Willoughby Uniting Church, which offers ample parking. Our meetings feature a diverse array of speakers, including academics, artists, conductors, and directors, all leading experts in the opera world. They engage us in insightful discussions, dissecting operas performed by renowned companies like Opera Australia and Pinchgut Opera, as well as sharing their experiences as performers. We warmly invite anyone with an interest in opera to join us for these enriching talks, which are complemented by a delightful afternoon tea with our guest speaker, fostering a welcoming community among fellow opera lovers.
