About Piccolo Family Farm:

The Piccolo Farm is a fully functional farm that supplies Limone Dining with fresh produce daily. Sitting on 20 acres just outside of Griffith, the farm produces the majority of our herbs, garnishes, fruits and vegetables. We use sustainable farming practices, with all of our produce harvested by hand and free of chemicals and pesticides. The property features a citrus orchard, vineyard, vegetable and herb garden, and 2-acres of beautiful gardens with unique outbuildings.

About Limone Dining:

Limone Dining is a regional restaurant set in beautiful Griffith. Limone was constructed almost entirely from recycled materials, reclaimed from within the local area. Our unique site and menu is a reflection of the region in which we live; an area of abundant produce, supported by a rich European heritage. We showcase the ample local and seasonal produce with an ever-evolving menu of fine food.

About Co-Opera

Co-Opera brings the spectacle of grand opera and music theatre to more intimate settings throughout regional Australia. The productions—sung in English—are immediately accessible, often irreverent, and tailored to every venue. Audiences have been enjoying their signature cabaret performances in opera houses, schools, sheep-sheds, and open paddocks throughout the country since 1990, and the company has helped to launch the international careers of dozens of young soloists.
