The Panellists:

Nicky Watson

Experience Design Specialist and Co-Founder of LadiesThatUX Brisbane, Nicky, is an expert at applying human-centred design principles to solve problems. Nicky has worked on apps across a range of industries including banking, fitness and construction. No doubt, Nicky will provide valuable insight to our guests during the event.

Alain de Masson

Alain de Masson has had experience as a Chief Technology Officer, IT Director, Solutions Architect and Developer for almost 30 years, and is currently the Software Architect and one of the Directors behind Health Surveillance Australia. Alain will bring a wealth of technical knowledge to our panel.

Kevin McAulay

Kevin brings over 20 years of experience across Marketing & eCommerce to our panel event. He’s currently Founder and Managing Director of Refunded Pty Ltd, a start-up focused on simplifying tax returns for everyday Australians. Kevin's insights are particularly relevant for those considering building an App, since he’s currently in the process of developing the Refunded App with Orange Digital.

Clarissa Dharmaseta is the Head of Design & Innovation at Orange Digital. With her background in human-centred design, she is the passionate advocate for end-users and leads with empathy and curiosity to create solutions that meet their needs.

👉🏻 How much wine and canapes are we talking about?

White, red or sparkling...we'll be well stocked with all wine options.

There'll also be plenty of canapes and cheese platters served during the evening to satisfy most appetites (and if you're still hungry by the end of the night Fortitude Valley is home to some of the finest late-night kebab establishments in Brisbane).

👉🏻 Can I bring a friend or colleague along?

We know the awkwardness of arriving at an event solo. Super awks. Of course you can bring someone along. Just be sure to get your tickets before 5pm Wednesday, March 29th.

👉🏻 I have questions for the panel, do I have to wait until the end?

We will open the panel for questions near the end of the session, but if you have a burning question that just can't wait you can send it through and our mediator will see it before the event. No promises though!
