"Sometimes in writing we discover ourselves"

Understanding, knowing and feeling that having the life that is in your heart and daydreams can be manifested.

Format: A few minutes of settling in and meditation. Writing, sharing, discussing our current understanding of "living our hearts desires"...and a few home truths/reminders about that. A few words/phrases to ponder and analyse...a little. Pairing up and doing "the ordering" process. Sharing/discussion/feedback. Homeplay.

The 4 sessions will each be a little different, depending on the questions, inspiration and flow of the session. The more practice we have the more familiar and natural the "Ordering" will become, so you can choose as many sessions as you wish.

Please bring a journal or writing paper.
