ORGANISATION/AGENCY SIGN UP - LOTTERIES HOUSE BIGGEST MORNING TEA.

Good Afternoon!

I hope this email finds you well. We're excited to extend an invitation to your organisation to join us as an agency and take part in The Biggest Morning Tea event at Lotteries House on North Road hosted by Albany & Regional Volunteer Service. This year, we're proud to partner with various local organisations to make this event the biggest yet. Our aim is to create a vibrant and inclusive gathering where local agencies can come together to promote their services, connect with the community, and raise funds for a good cause simultaneously.

Date: Friday 7th June, 2024

Time: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

 Location: Lotteries House, North Road

We would love for your organisation to participate by setting up a trestle table/stand at the event. For a nominal fee of $10 you can secure your space and contribute to our collective efforts to make this event a success. All proceeds from the trestle table/stand fees will be donated towards Cancer Council WA.

Here's what you can expect at the event:

1. Tea, coffee, and a delightful morning tea will be provided to all local organisation, businesses, and members of the public ($5 entrance fee)
2. A communal space will be created in our beautiful courtyard, where agencies can showcase their services and engage with attendees.
3. Each agency is encouraged to bring a plate (or three!) to contribute to the communal morning tea.
4. A raffle will also be organised, providing an additional fundraising opportunity.

We believe that this event presents a fantastic opportunity for agencies to network, promote their services, and support a meaningful cause within the community. It's a chance to come together, enjoy some delicious treats, and make a positive impact collectively.
