The Event.

Origin Evolve is a group breathwork event for anyone who feels drawn to exploring their inner world more deeply.

Breathwork is an embodied practice that helps us go beyond our conscious awareness to explore deeply held emotional, physiological and psychosocial imprints from within the mind and body. Under the nurturing guidance of a trained practitioner, breathwork can release these imprints and any associated energy held within the body.

Within Evolve sessions, the energy of each individual contributes to the collective. These contributions create a greater energetic field that helps to move each participant through their process. Because of this, group Breathwork is an awesome tool for exploring relational patterns, connection within and outside of the self, and for getting to know your inner world in a setting held by community.

Over 2.5 hours participants of this event will experience 90mins of Conscious Connected Breathwork with time for sharing, reflection and integration.

The People.

Caitlin Pearse is the Founder of Origin Breath and Origin Evolve group breathwork. She is a professional Breathwork Practitioner and Group Facilitator trained and certified under the Australian Breathwork Association, of which she is also a Committee member.

With a special interest in using Breathwork to support clients through chronic pain and illness, Caitlin has over a decade of experience in studying a range of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing practices. She brings her background in philosophy, spirituality, somatics, meditation and physical movement into her Breathwork offerings.

The session will be co-facilitated with Michael Jensen who is the owner of Flowwithin Therapy. Michael's offerings include breathwork, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and psychedelic preparation and integration.

Also certified under the Australian Breathwork Association standards, he integrates his knowledge of contemporary psychological science with mindfulness, spirituality and non-ordinary state practices to support clients in their breathwork journeys.

Together the two bring a broad range of skills and experience to support participants through the exploration of their inner worlds, experiences and consciousness.

Group Intention.

In this breathe we will come together under the theme of Being with the Breath. In this breathe we will have the opportunity to explore being with our breath through all that arises, noticing our relationship to our inhale, our exhale, and considering how these patterns show up in our everyday life.

Come just as you are on the day, the group intention will be held in the space for those who wish to draw on it. Participants are also encouraged to come with their own intention for the session.
