The Original Strength Pressing RESET Workshop is intended for any breathing human being. In this workshop, you will learn how the human body (your body) is capable of remembering the way it was created to move. No matter your age, health, physical condition, as long as you are medically cleared to live your life, this workshop may change your life.

For coaches, you will learn how to help your clients, patients and athletes restore and rebuild their Original Strength and improve the results they experience when working with you.

The Original Strength Pressing RESET Certification will equip you with the tools to help you restore and rebuild both the Original Strength of yourself, and of your clients. What’s Covered in an Original Strength Pro RESET Certification?

This advanced course will help attendees better understand how the OS Movement System affects the vestibular system, the autonomic nervous system, the pelvic floor, and the pathology leading to injuries. You will learn how to use OS Screen & Assessment (OSSA) to quickly and effectively determine the starting point for your client/patient/athlete.

OS Pro RESET is a 14-hour course over two days and leads to becoming an OS Certified Pro.
