Wellness is more than just physical.

In times when stress, depression, anxiety is so common in society, we are needing, more than ever, tools to help us cope with our day-to-day lives.

Stress is the number one cause of illness in Australia!

It's so important to create space in our busy lives to give our nervous system a rest and a chance to recalibrate.

Sound healing is one of the most gentle, proven ways to help reduce stress, anxiety and depression, by using sound frequencies to relax your nervous system, allowing your body to enter into its natural state of healing.

Join us every Thursday Night in Ormeau and experience the healing benefits of sound frequencies.
