Surrounded by the beauty of the Southern Highlands, indulge in a festive countryside celebration filled with seasonal flavours and relaxed luxury. Begin your experience with an hour of canapés and welcome drinks in the courtyard, before moving into your reserved dining table for a generous share-style feast prepared by our talented chefs.

Ticket Information

All reservations must be secured online, with a ticket required for every guest — adults and children alike. Select from three ticket options to suit your preference, and please add all tickets for your table to a single booking so we can prepare your setting with care. If you have additional guests purchasing separately, simply email dining@osbornhouse.com.au so we can arrange your seating together (please ensure all guests book for the same dining time).

Tables are allocated within your chosen dining space, and while we are unable to guarantee specific table requests, each party will have its own dedicated table. Please note that, as our boutique hotel can host only a limited number of guests for Christmas Day, tickets are strictly non-refundable. The Christmas Day Menu will be available on the Osborn House website dining page from Friday 10th October.

Ticket Options

• 12:00pm Christmas Lunch in Fire Kitchen: Arrive at 11:00am for canapés and welcome drinks in the courtyard.

• 1:30pm Christmas Lunch on George’s Terrace: Arrive at 12:30pm for canapés and welcome drinks in the courtyard.

• 2:30pm Christmas Lunch in George’s: Arrive at 1:30pm for canapés and welcome drinks in the courtyard.

• 3:00pm Christmas Lunch in the Private Dining Room: Arrive at 2:00pm for canapés and welcome drinks on the lawn lounge followed by a private dining experience in the Green Door.

Terms & Conditions

Children’s Tickets:

• Guests 13 years and over are considered adults for this event and will require an adult ticket.

• Children 12 years and under may purchase a Child Ticket at $99.

Cancellation Policy:

No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before purchasing.

Cancellation before 1 November 2025: Cancellations will receive a 100% credit of the ticket value, redeemable towards dining at Osborn House until 28 February 2026.

Cancellation between 1 – 30 November 2025: Cancellations will receive a 50% credit of the ticket value, redeemable towards dining at Osborn House until 28 February 2026. The remaining 50% will be forfeited as a late cancellation penalty.

Cancellations on or after 1 December 2025: 100% of the ticket value will be forfeited. No credits or refunds will be issued.
