OSC Annual Wine Tasting 2025
Event description
We welcome you to join us on Thursday 28 August at the ...by Old Bridge Cellars venue, for our much anticipated 2025 Wine Tasting. This year we will be joined by Tom Hill (OSC 2002), co-owner of Juniper, alongside Jay Beeson (OSC 2001) from Old Bridge Cellars.
Juniper is a producer of premium wines in Margaret River, the heart of the remote, environmentally pristine winegrowing area lying in the south-west corner of Western Australia, 270km south of Perth. We are fortunate that Margaret River is where it is and, with its maritime influence, ancient soils and beautiful landscape is perfectly suited to the production of great wines.
…by Old Bridge is an event space dedicated to all things wine education, masterclasses and functions. Located just down the road from the liquor store in North Fremantle, the space plays host to a string of ticketed events and private sessions. Old Bridge Cellars’ mission statement, ‘It’s not alcohol in a bottle, it’s art in a glass’, drives their vision for …by Old Bridge, aiming to educate customers on the passion and skill behind the products stocked at the liquor store.
Tickets are $55.00 which includes a tasting of wines across varietals, matched with canapes. Wine will be available to order on the night.
Places are strictly limited for this very popular event and will sell out quickly. For queries, please contact the OSC Office on (08) 9383 6849 or osc@scotch.wa.edu.au
