Event description
This event marks the second annual OSE/ISC Groundwater Institute for the state of New Mexico. The Office of the State Engineer (OSE) and the Interstate Stream Commission (ISC) are actively engaged in numerous programs and projects aimed at helping New Mexico prepare for a future with less available water and more demand for water.

Presenters are professionals from OSE and ISC, sharing insights from their respective bureaus. We are also pleased to welcome special guest speakers from the New Mexico Environment Department New Mexico Tech.
