Osho Dynamic Meditation is a powerful way to unlock energy in the body, release stuck emotions and break unconscious patterns that are hard-wired in the energetic and emotional body. It is practiced in the early morning and designed to be repeated on a daily basis for a minimum of 7 days to allow the affects to deepen gradually. This meditation permits you to express and release what is kept repressed, which is often leaked out through unconscious behaviours, emotional reactions and illness. Move into your day and into your life with more clarity and vitality.

60 minutes / 5 Stages:
Stage 1 Chaotic breath: Activate and unlock the energy body with the breath. Breaking the pattern.
Stage 2 Conscious Cathartic Release: Go consciously crazy, laugh, cry, scream, dance, release it all!
Stage 3 Hammering the Root: Jumping and chanting to awaken the life force in the lower energy centre.
Stage 4 Stillness: No movement. No sound. Just witness.
Stage 5 Celebration: dance, move and express through the body

What to bring:
• Yoga Mat
• A pillow or cushion
• Blind fold
• Towel (you will sweat!)

What to wear: Loose, comfortable clothing.

Punctuality:
Please arrive at 6:30am to set up and receive the instructions.
Meditation begins at 7:00am sharp the doors will close.
