  • Eyemask or blindfold (recommended)
  • Yoga mat

Location & Directions: Find us in the Seagull Room @ Bondi Pavilion. Accessible via public transport (buses 333 and 380) or metered parking on Queen Elizabeth Drive.

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early for instructions; latecomers will not be admitted.
