✨ OSHO DYNAMIC MEDITATION ✨

Release stress • Express emotions • Reconnect with your vitality

Have you ever cried, laughed, shouted, jumped, and danced in meditation?

𝐎𝐬𝐡𝐨 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is a powerful active meditation designed to release physical, emotional, and mental tension.

Through breath, movement, emotional expression, and silence, this practice helps clear suppressed emotions and inner blockages so you can access clarity, energy, and inner stillness.

Unlike traditional seated meditation, this method invites the 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞.

The practice unfolds in 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬:

💨 Chaotic breathing

🔥 Emotional catharsis

🔊 Mantra jumping

🧘‍♂️ Stillness

🎉 Celebration/Dance

Each stage lasts about 𝟏𝟎–𝟏𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 and combines breathwork, movement, emotional release, and deep silence.

👉 This meditation is practiced 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐝 to encourage deep inner exploration, minimise distractions, and allow the experience to become profoundly personal.

Even though we practice together as a group, the journey is 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥.
