Have you ever tried a meditation where you shake your body, dance freely, and then simply sit in silence?

𝐎𝐬𝐡𝐨 𝐊𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is a one-hour active meditation accompanied by specially composed music, traditionally practised in the late afternoon or evening. It is designed to help you unwind, release accumulated tension, reconnect with your body, and gradually settle into deep relaxation and awareness.

In everyday life, we spend so much time thinking, planning, and trying to keep everything under control that we can lose touch with our bodies and what we feel within them.

This meditation takes a different approach. 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐨, 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭.

The movement melts what has been held too tightly. The silence arrives on its own.

🌊 Shaking

💃 Dancing

🧘 Stillness (sitting or standing)

🌙 Relaxation (lying down in silence)

Each stage lasts 15 minutes, making the entire practice one hour long. Specially composed music accompanies the first three stages, while the final relaxation takes place in silence.

Unlike traditional seated meditation, this practice begins with movement and gradually guides you towards stillness.

Osho Kundalini Meditation is one of the active meditation methods developed by Osho, the Indian spiritual teacher whose practices explore the relationship between the body, mind, energy, and awareness.

In yogic and Tantric traditions, Kundalini refers to a subtle creative life force energy traditionally described as dormant within the body and symbolised by a coiled serpent at the base of the spine.

Through shaking and dancing, we invite the body to loosen up, release tension, and bring the flow of positive energy into our being. As movement gives way to stillness and silence, we create space for deeper relaxation, awareness, and connection with ourselves.

This can open the door to a sense of bliss and joy, although everyone's experience is different.
