OUR JOURNEY

We begin the Ostara celebration in a sacred ritual, inviting the qualities and gentle power of the cacao plant medicine from the ancient Mayans, in sacred ceremony, to join us and bless the natural return of the life force within us manifested in Nature around us. As we acknowledge the beginning of

Spring we connect with our intentions and what is blossoming from within us.

In this grounded and expanded state DJ Roger Grassi and Patricia initiates our Kundalini Dance, an ecstatic temple practice that allows us to consciously let go of what is no longer serving us as it support us to co-create our reality through elevated levels of consciousness.

Our final act invites us to connect back to Mother Earth, returning to our breath and the healing vibration of sound as Whaia will bathe us with her Crystal Singing Bowls and Divine Voice

- Wear loose comfortable clothing and dress in light layers

ABOUT CACAO
This pure ceremonial cacao from Tribal Moon Cacao is unique. It’s pure crioulo cacao and the entire making process is manually taken care with deep respect, love and honoring the spirit of the plant for ceremonies by the Peruvian people. You will feel a huge difference, especially once you drink it in a sacred ceremony setting - please bring your clear intentions!

For better effects of the cacao medicine in your body we strongly RECOMMEND to AVOID before the ceremony:

• A large meal in the 2-3 hours prior to ceremony so that the cacao has the best opportunity to be the only thing in your belly for the greatest connection with this plant medicine.

• Caffeine intake for 6 hours before, as it may be over-stimulating and effect your connection to the cacao

• Mind-altering substances the day of ceremony and even better in the last 24 hours: alcohol, marijuana, psychedelics, etc.

• It’s important to be well hydrated before the ceremony.

CONTRAINDICATIONS for cacao drink:

Anyone on anti-depressant medication, pregnancy and/or breastfeeding and cardiovascular problems. Please avoid drinking caffeine, alcohol or take any other mind-altering substances on the day of the event. In case of any other medical questions, please contact your doctor.

CAMILA CAERON

Camila is a spiritual seeker since her early 20’s. She is an official Keith's Cacao Practitioner (https://www.keithscacao.com/) and 5Elements Dance Activation facilitator, Elemental Yoga Flow

Teacher (200 hours by Kula Collective), Dance Movement Therapist and Expressive Therapist.She is currently studying Sacred Feminine Medicine coaching training with Dr. Devashi Shakti. Camila has been guiding people in transformational journeys for over 3 years in Australia as well touring around the world in 2018/2019. Camila has been sharing her body of transformation work, on service for the highest good of All, committed to support the awakening of the Sacred Feminine Mysteries and facilitating the re-connection of people as ONE with the Mother Earth, Father Sky and all our relations – and so above as below. Camila has been guided by Great Spirit where to go sharing her gifts and embodiment practices in multiple capacities, collaborating with like-minded people/tribe around the globe in festivals, retreats and also holding private cacao ceremonies, mentoring and initiation with this powerful medicine.

PATRICIA SILVERWOLF

Patricia is a Kundalini Dance Priestess, Munay-ki teacher, Master Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, and a former Mental Health Nurse. An agent of transformation who is passionate about assisting people to find their inner healer so to remember their way back to wholeness and their life’s sacred purpose. Patricia loves to create a sacred container that allow her tribe to feel warm, secure and safe to fully express themselves authentically. Assisting them to awaken parts of self that they never knew existed, through breath work, dance, sound and complete expression of all that has been suppressed, whilst journeying alongside of them

ROGER GRASSI

Hailing from Sao Paulo (Brazil), Roger Grassi first stepped onto the scene as an anonymous artist and quickly gained traction with his focus on underground dancefloor material. Fusing nostalgic elements exploring a variety of unique sonic textures, from synth laden, retro-style house to deep and melodic techno. In 2018 Roger had a Big Awakening while in ceremony with sacred medicine plants. He had a vision of a different aspect to work with music, sound and embodiment as a healing tool. Using music as medicine. Since that day, he began to follow his vision, and after many retreats, workshops, sound healing journeys, rituals and embodiment experiences he found the perfect combination of rhythms and style, where he’s mixing organics and electronic beats with deep tribal shamanic elements that induce to a journey inside feelings and emotions, shadows and lights, creating a space for self discovery, leading to a unique journey inside, beyond time and space, where everything is possible, promoting spiritual awakening, mental clarity and physical and emotional well-being.
