As the Wheel of the Year turns toward Ostara, we enter a season of balance, growth, and new beginnings. A time when the earth awakens from its winter slumber, life begins to bloom, and we too are invited to emerge into greater alignment with ourselves and our path ahead.

In a world that constantly asks us to keep moving, Ostara Spring Reset offers the opportunity to pause... breathe... and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within.

This immersive ceremonial experience weaves together Mugwort & Blue Lotus Tea, Intention Setting, Shamanic Breathwork, Sound Healing, Ritual, and Vibrational Plant Medicine to support deep inner connection, emotional renewal, nervous system restoration, and personal transformation as we welcome the energies of Ostara and the season of growth.

The Journey

At the heart of this ceremonial experience is Grandmother Mugwort, an ancient plant ally long associated with intuition, dreaming, protection, and transformation.

As Ostara marks the sacred balance between light and dark, Mugwort gently guides us through this threshold, helping us release what has held us back and awaken to new possibilities.

Just as nature begins to blossom and stretch toward the light, we are invited to reconnect with our authentic selves, nurture the seeds of intention planted within, and align with the energy of growth, creation, and fresh beginnings.

Through breath, sound, ritual, and plant medicine, we create space for healing, clarity, expansion, and renewal.

This Journey Includes

🔥 Intention Setting & Ritual Burning

You will be guided through a powerful intention-setting process, inviting clarity around what you wish to cultivate in the season ahead.

Together, we will release limiting beliefs, fears, or patterns that no longer serve through a ceremonial fire ritual, creating space for growth, abundance, and aligned action.

🌬️ Shamanic Breathwork

A transformative practice of conscious connected breathing that gently moves you beyond the thinking mind and into deeper states of awareness.

Breathwork supports emotional release, personal insight, healing, and reconnection with your inner truth, allowing you to access the wisdom and vitality that already resides within.

🎶 Sound Healing Journey

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, Rav drum, shamanic drums, Native American flute, throat singing, and other sacred instruments.

These powerful frequencies help calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and support the body's natural capacity for healing and transformation.

🌿 Vibrational Plant Medicine

Throughout the ceremony, we will work with vibrational plant essences, including Bach Flower Remedies and Australian Bush Flower Essences, intuitively selected to support the group's energetic field and individual healing journey.

Each participant will receive a personalized take-home essence blend to continue supporting emotional balance, personal growth, integration, and aligned movement forward long after the ceremony has ended.

Important Health Information

Mugwort Tea (Artemisia vulgaris)

Mugwort is a traditional herbal ally; however, certain precautions apply.

Mugwort must not be consumed during pregnancy, as it may stimulate uterine contractions.

Please avoid Mugwort if you:

Have allergies to plants within the Asteraceae family (including ragweed and daisies)

Take blood-thinning medication

Have epilepsy or seizure disorders

If you are pregnant or have any concerns regarding suitability, please contact Ashley prior to booking. Alternative options can be provided to ensure you can still participate safely in the ceremony.
