Join us in this outdoor session of yoga to shake of winter, followed by a manifesting what we would like to bring in under the recent new moon eclipse/waxing moon celebrating the spring equinox followed by a shared lunch.

Please bring a yoga mat, a journal and pen, and if you can a representation of what you would like to bring in (This can be anything, it's more about intention so don't over think it and if you don't have anything it's fine

Also some water and something to share (food) for after)

Please note I have intentionally said Saturday hoping it'll be nice weather but if turns out raining/horrible will do on the Sunday, will confirm couple of days before
