Join Celine Redfield to celebrate the Spring Equinox with a Sound Bath. Held in celebration of Ostarta, it’s a time of balance, fertiity and new beginnings. At the beginning of the Aries Season, we will learn to embody and harness its power, as Mars rules us and our tasks are to set goals, initiate projects, and align with our warrior spirit. We will be doing a hypnotic meditation that will help us set intentions and embrace change, followed by a full hour of cleansing, clearing, and healing sounds. Then we will have time for integration, journaling, and sharing any experiences.

Sound healing helps to reset the nervous system.

It can help with the following:

Improving sleep
Reducing anxiety
Reducing stress
Reducing Tension in the Body
Emotional Rebalancing
Nervous system reset
Clarity and feeling reconnected to oneself
