DEMONSTRATIONS:

Senior students will offer exciting demonstrations of the practical applications of Karate in real-world scenarios, as well as Tameshiwari (board & baseball bat breaking) in several different feats of both strength, skill and accuracy.

This is a great family day out with spectacle, excitement, competitiveness, endurance and above all - fun.

Refreshments will be available.
