The mothers' group for you if...

The standard approaches don't always click...

You feel like you're the only one struggling like this...

You just haven't found your 'mum tribe' (if it's your first baby or your fifth)...

Connect to thoughtful, neuroaffirming local practitioners
Catch your breath in a space held for you (but loves your baby too)
Commune with like-minded & like-brained local mums

The Other Mothers' Group is a term of eight sessions with expert guest facilitators who can guide and support us in different areas of early motherhood, from feeding (IBCLC, Naturopath) to movement (Exercise Physiologist) and beyond. It is a space designed for mothers who are seeking support, community, and education, bringing together a network of local practitioners and mums for community support, and exploring the identity shift of motherhood (matrescence) in a safe, held environment.
