About Our Earthen Prayer

Our Earthen Prayer is a women’s song circle and community rooted in the knowing that we are Earth, we are the elements, and our voices are medicine.

Together we gather to tend to ourselves, each other, and the natural world, weaving song, ritual, and presence into the rhythms of everyday life. Our voices become pathways of transformation, regulation, and remembrance, guiding us back to balance and belonging.

Our Earthen Prayer: Term 3 | Wonga Park Hall & Nature | Oct 6th – Dec 1st

After two terms of weaving song, prayer, and sisterhood, Our Earthen Prayer now roots more deeply into its evolving essence.

This 8-week journey is devoted to song as medicine, earth connection, and elemental practices. Each fortnight we will move between the hall and the land, tending to rhythm, sound bathing, song writing, and flow states indoors, and crafting, elemental and earth-based practices outdoors.

This term we honour the four elements, spending two weeks with each: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. One week anchored in the hall, one week immersed on the land.

Together we will explore:

  • Songwriting, rhythm, and soundbathing

  • Song/mantra as medicine for tending to ourselves, each other, and the Earth

  • Crafting: clay, herbal medicine making, talisman making, Earth mandalas

  • Communing with the Elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water

  • Finishing the term with a group potluck and celebration!

Commitment:

  • We ask for full commitment to all 8 weeks of the journey (unless unwell)
