Supported by Meat & Livestock Australia and Norco Primex Field Days, Beef and Red Meat production is in many ways at cross-roads and our presenters will provide exceptional advice and thoughts, based on their own experiences, leadership and vision for the red meat industry into the future. Issues such as staffing, production costs and efficiencies, what measurers need to be taken in government and environmental policies, who will drive the next generation of farm and production practices with the latest on-farm research and technologies in the red meat industry.

The future of farming isn’t just about sustainability and productivity; it’s also about people. A thriving beef industry depends on a skilled, well-connected workforce.

Jason Strong (former MLA Managing Director) and Robert Mackenzie (MLA Ambassador & Mackas Australian Black Angus Beef) and Zoe Carter (MLA Ambassador & Agriculture Jobs Auswide) will bring these insights and hands-on experiences dedicated to bridging the gap between employers and employees, ensuring businesses, from family farms to large-scale operations, have access to the right talent, while outlining our future of farming and beef production from regional, domestic and export perspectives.
