Welcome to Our Little Pumpkin, the autumn special edition of Baby Sanctuary with Nurture & Wild. I'm really glad you're coming.

Your date, time and venue are all in your Humanitix booking confirmation, so keep that handy. Everything below is just to help you know what to expect.

If you've not been before, Graft Pilates is a dedicated wellbeing studio, calm and intimate. All the cafe culture of Kings Heath is right on the doorstep, and the park is a short walk away, handy for an essential pram or carrier nap afterwards. There's a car park with 90 minutes free parking at Aldi, one road across, and residential parking on nearby roads. Please check the local signage and plan your route and parking around the LTN. There's some limited space for prams, though a carrier is preferred.

Our Little Pumpkin is a small, slow autumn morning, just three babies, so there's no rush and nothing to keep up with. We start a little after the listed time, once everyone has arrived and settled. You'll come to your own space, dressed for the season, and we begin gently while people come in.

From there it's your baby's mini spa, autumn edition: a warm baby bath, with oat milk, breastmilk which you can bring bottled or frozen if you like, or a few gentle bubbles, soft petals and a calm, seasonal, sensory setting. Some slow massage and comforting movement, a sensory nail treatment and facial, all with a gentle autumn touch. And time simply to feed, cuddle, settle, or sit quietly with your baby. There's a warm autumnal drink and something sweet for you too. Partners, family or a friend are very welcome to come along if you'd like the company.

You won't need to bring much, just your changing bag, a towel and a muslin or blanket, a spare babygro for afterwards, and any usual comforts. I'll have the warm water and everything for the bath, and all the autumn touches, ready.

One important thing. Please let me know if there's anything about your baby's health I should be aware of before the session. And if your baby was born prematurely, or there's anything else you're not sure about, do check with your health visitor or GP first that this is suitable.
