“Our People. Our Life.” A Social Health Workshop
Event description
When was your last social health check-up? We’ve got fitness plans for our bodies. Brain workouts for our minds. But what about social health - our need for real human connection, support, and shared joy?
So, I invite you to join us for an evening to:
- discover new ways to think about friendships and staying in touch
- pick up simple tools to strengthen the relationships that matter
- connect with new people in a space where being yourself is enough
To making friendship matter because good company is not just a luxury, it’s part of being well.

ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Sydney, I quickly realized this city loves its drinking and “turn off your brain” social culture. So, when I started university at 18, I struggled to find a scene that really clicked with me. The usual parties involved booze, smoking, and conversations that just didn’t do it for me. I felt like I didn’t quite fit in and started looking for a community where I could actually connect.
When that search didn’t pan out, I decided to create my own vibe, starting with my birthday parties. Every year, I’d gather my friends—new and old—and we’d do something a little different, a little more intentional. Soon, I was throwing more parties throughout the year, and in 2024, I thought, “Why not share this with the world?” So here you are!
I can’t wait to meet you in person and welcome you to my world where utopia is possible and it requires all of us to rise up to the challenge of making it a reality. I'm out to see a world that celebrates more things more often.
