Daterra invited us to take part in their Our Plot of Daterra program, giving us a plot at their farm to test an idea of our choosing. We explored how different water compositions during processing can influence the flavour of coffee.

You'll get the chance to ask Josh (Toby's Green Bean Manager) and Dan (QLD Brewer's Champion) about the experiment, the coffee and what we learned along the way.

Tasting

We'll also be tasting the experiments to see how it stacks to the final selection.  

Every attendee will receive a take-home gift, including one 20g tube of Our Plot of Daterra coffee!
