Our Sacred Circle Dark Moon Ceremony

Join Libby Lee in Our Sacred Circle and take a moment to rest, connect and honour the dark moon phase with like-minded community. The Dark Moon is the perfect time to pause, reflect, set intentions and nourish the soul.

The evening will include a short meditation, restorative Sound Journey and grounding/connection time with herbal teas to finish (herbal teas and cups are provided).

-What is a Sound Journey-

A Sound Journey is an immersive, full-body listening experience that utilises intentional sounds to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind, body and soul. The experience typically begins with each person laying or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and eye mask. Different sounds and frequencies are introduced in succession, created by a variety of sacred instruments inluding Gongs, Himalayan bowls, Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Rattles, Drums and Voice.

When you sink into a Sound Journey and open your awareness to your listening, it allows your brain-waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dream-like state. The sounds introduced during a Sound Journey are an invition to drop into a deeper state of consciousness. An opportunity to unplug from external stimuli, come into a place of deep rest and relaxation, and to activate the body's natural self-healing abilities.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and eye mask to ensure you are comfy and cosy for your Sound Journey experience.
